What kind of booth do you want? *
All booths are digital. Because we offer GIFs, Boomerangs and dynamic images, we don't offer printing of the pictures. Instead guests may upload images to social media or text or email images to themselves straight from the booth (it is a lot more fun. Trust us :)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. By checking, I understand Platinum Pictures Photo Booths will be reserving the date and time for me. I acknowledge this deposit is due upon submitting this form and that my final payment is due one week before the event. If I cancel the within one week of the event, the full final payment is due. If I cancel with more than a week's notice, the final payment is not due; however, the deposit is still non-refundable. I agree to pay according to the following pricing schedule: For events in the 801 area code (Salt Lake and Utah Counties): $350 for 2 hours or less $150 for each additional hour For events in the 435 area code (Park City): $400 for 2 hours or less $150 for each additional hour For events outside of the 801 or 435 area code, please contact us for a quote. Add-ons/ upgrades Custom Branding: $50 Brand the pictures with my custom logo - We will contact you for images or applicable messages if you wish to do this upgrade. Themed Booth: Pricing varies. Please contact us for a quote for themed booths. I agree to provide WiFi and a WiFi code for the photo booth so that my pictures may be saved and shared via social media, etc. I understand that this is a DIGITAL PHOTO BOOTH and not a print photo booth. As possible images include GIFs, Boomerangs, etc, printing is not possible.
